By registering for an account, accessing, or using any part of the Stream Africa Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Stream Africa provides a digital ecosystem where users can engage with content and participate in collaborative activities. While we offer rewards points ("Pts") for participation, these points have no monetary value outside of our Platform and are subject to our specific Rewards Policy. We do not guarantee any specific income or financial return.
Access to premium features requires a one-time onboarding fee. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with notice provided on the Platform.

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Stream Africa, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL STREAM AFRICA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
